  Lies, Lies and more Lies. Check the work done on your car before driving away even the parts they said they will replace. Don't ever do your business here.
  Took my car for a simple tire valve replacement since it was leaking(Hey they are a Tire store). They told me to replace the valve kit for 3 of the wheels. I said yes and took my car home only to see that valve was still leaking. They just put the plastic cap on the valve and never even replaced it. Their reason was it was rusted and can't remove it (have you heard of WD40?), but they are went ahead and charged me full amount and didn't even mention me. Then gave a quote of replacing entire TPMS system for $180. Same story for other wheels.
  I like one of the mechanics who work there, he's working for last 35+ years, a gentleman. Thats where good things end about this store.

  Drove all the way from Leesburg because of quality of service provided by the mechanics here. But left unhappily because of the front room advisor staff. One would think because this place is hidden, there would be a focus on customer service but in fact the opposite is true. Terrible walk-in experience provided by the store manager with a compliment of ignorance and sarcastic remarks to top it all off. Complete waste of time!
